Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we provide a 100-day, full refund guarantee on all products, no questions asked. Simply inform us through our straightforward return process, outlined below within 100 days of receiving the item.
If the delivery of your package exceeds the estimated time stated in our shipping policy you are eligible for a full refund.
If you are not happy with your purchase & more than 100 days have passed please get in touch with us. We will make every effort to assist you & resolve the issue.
Customers must pay for the cost of sending items back. However if Litmons made a mistake, they will not have to pay for the return shipping.
We Do Not Issue The Refund If:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

- Submit refund requests within 100 days after receiving the product.
- Once the refund request is approved based on the conditions mentioned above.
- Initiate return shipping to our warehouse.
- Once the warehouse receives your shipment.
- The refund will be processed within the next 48 hours.
